We will start off this series of events with a bookbinding workshop inside local printmaking workshop 'Grafische werkplaats Raaf ', where you will create your own version of a Poesie Album, a Purry pocket.
Poesie album
The ‘Poesie album’ is traditionally a floral friendship book that used to be passed around among children. Friendship books have been around for ages, but the poetry has gradually disappeared as we grow older. Kitty Purr aims to bring back social and visual poetry for adults in an inclusive manner.
